5900 Monticello Emergency Stormwater Pipe Repair Project

Notice Type	Notice-To-Bid
Description	The Project will replace approximately 155 linear feet of existing corrugated metal arch pipe with 8’x5’ RCB under Monticello Road and install a new junction box. The city is pre-purchasing  the RCB and junction box which will be available for delivery the 1st week of July. Another contractor, SAK Construction, will be responsible for the Geopolymer Lining, the City anticipates that they will complete 430 LF of 454 LF of Geopolymer lining prior to July 1st. SAK will then return after the new 12'x4' Junction Box is installed at Sta "4+61" to finish the Geopolymer lining into the new structure. All work except for sod installation west of Monticello Road’s east curbline must be completed prior to August 9th. The remaining work must be completed no later than September 26, 2025.
