Summary **This RFP includes a virtual Pre-Proposal Conference on Thursday, 09/17/2026, at 12:00pm EDT** The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for the Ohio Department of Taxation (Agency) to implement a "no-cost" property tax relief screening system (Solution) to support the administration of the State’s two primary homeowner tax relief programs: the Owner Occupancy Credit and the Homestead Exemption. If there is a need for technical support during your proposal submission in the last 48 hours prior to the submissions, contact 614-466-5090.  This number is for OhioBuys solicitation technical questions only; there will not be any questions answered regarding the solicitation. A couple items of note – Chrome is the preferred browser for OhioBuys.
