WASHINGTON ELEMENTARY SAFE ROUTES TO SCHOOL CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING

CITY PROJECT 4720

The City of Minot, North Dakota, is requesting “Statements of Qualifications” from engineering consulting firms to provide Consultant Engineering services for the construction engineering services on the Washington Elementary Safe Routes to Schools project.  Interested firms must submit five (5) bound copies and one digital copy of their qualifications by 4:00 pm, March 7, 2025, to:

Proposals should be marked:

“Qualifications Submittal for Washington Safe Routes to School Construction Engineering, City Project 4720

Provide the City of Minot with construction engineering services for the Washington Safe Routes to School project. This project is funded through the NDDOT Transportation Alternatives program and other local funding sources. Consultant must have the ability and experience to perform construction engineering services following NDDOT requirements.

Detailed information for those interested in submitting proposals is available in the City Engineering Department Office, City of Minot Public Works Building, 1025 31st Street SE, Minot, ND, Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. or telephone at (701) 857-4100. Proposals must be delivered to the City Engineer by 4:00 pm on March 7, 2025. The City of Minot reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

Consultant must also comply with Title VI requirements.
