Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) is soliciting proposals for a fully integrated, enterprise-wide Electronic Access Control and Video Surveillance Solution to support school sites across the district. The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive turnkey solution, including hardware, software, installation, integration, programming, testing, training appropriate personnel, and ongoing support.

The scope of work encompasses procurement, deployment, design support, installation, programming, and testing, with consideration for additional components such as video intercoms and intrusion alarm systems. Tucson Unified School District (TUSD) is the largest school district in Southern Arizona, serving a vast and diverse community. The district's geographical footprint spans an expansive area of approximately 230 square miles. TUSD operates over 85 educational sites, which include schools and administrative facilities located within Tucson and its surrounding communities. The district is committed to providing a high-quality education to its more than 40,000 students. Supporting this extensive network of schools and the student body is a dedicated workforce of 7,800 employees. This staff is distributed across more than 150 different sites and departments, working collaboratively to achieve the district's mission.
