ADDENDUM NO. 1

Addendum No. 1 amends and/or further clarifies the Procurement Documents and provides

additional information for the above-referenced project. Prospective bidders shall

acknowledge receipt by signing below and reference Section 6.5 Receipt of Addendum on

page 6-2 of the Bid Form.

Item 1: Service Frequency

On page 4-1, Section 4.1 outlines the frequency of Contractor pickups. While 90 calendar

days is the maximum between pickups, LCSWMA requests monthly pickups based on the

volume of material we receive. We also expect the Contractor to provide field screening and

removal of LCSWMA-identified “unknown materials” from the facility at least every 90 days,

as outlined in 4.7.

In lieu of three (3) letters of reference in Section 5 on page 5-1, Respondents may provide three

(3) references and their contact information.
