The Lea County Board of County Commissioners is requesting proposals from qualified vendors to provide various economic development services . Award will be for a Single Term contract for a term of 1 year .

Background

Lea County government strives to enhance the economic development of Lea County to ensure the health, safety, and quality of life for all residents as determined by law and community interests. Services are provided through innovative leadership and teamwork in a fair, respectful and professional manner.

Pre-Proposal Meeting #1 (Non-Mandatory):

February 25, 2025, 10:00am

A non-mandatory meeting will be held for all potential proposers. Attendance is not required, but strongly encouraged in order to ensure proposal submission requirements are met.

Meeting will be held at the Lea County Event Center, 5101 N. Lovington Hwy, Hobbs, NM. Guests should use the front door entrance and follow signage inside

Feel free to bring laptops and tablets to the meeting, should you wish to use them.

*There will be two opportunities to attend, attendance at both is not necessary.*
