STATE STREET, CHICAGO, IL 60602General NoticeFresh Coast Capital LLC d/b/a Greenprint Partners, on behalf of Calumet City, Illinois (Owner), isrequesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:Sibley Blvd and Wentworth Ave Intersection22016.03Bids for the construction of the Project will be received through the QuestCDN (www.questcdn.com)vBid online system, until November 25, 2025 at 10:00 AM central time. At that time the Bids receivedwill be opened and read.The Project includes the following Work:The project involves work at the intersection of Sibley Blvd & Wentworth Ave in Calumet City, IL. Thework in general includes, but is not limited to, the installation of five bioretention bump outs, sidewalkand ADA ramp modifications, and the construction of a PACE bus stop landing pad. Refer to theDrawings and Project Manual for the full extent of the Work. Bids are requested for the followingContract: Sibley Blvd and Wentworth Ave Intersection 22016.03Obtaining the Bidding DocumentsInformation and Bidding Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website:www.QuestCDN.com Quest Project Number 9936749Prospective Bidders can register for a free account with QuestCDN to view the documents at no cost.Bidding Documents may be downloaded from the designated website for a non-refundable fee of$22.00. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even ifBidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website ineither electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda,lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for theProject. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through thedesignated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, includingaddenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website.Project ScheduleThe mandated construction schedule is as follows:Contractor shall commence construction and be Substantially Complete as described below.
