Notes	The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for proposals for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors. Bidders are strongly encouraged to submit their proposals electronically through use of Cit-E-Bid or in person - hand delivery. Mailed proposals (i.e. USPS, FedEx, UPS), telegraphic, emails or facsimile bids will not be considered. Request for Proposals may be hand delivered at the City Secretary Office, 1110 Houston St., 3 rd . floor, Laredo, Texas 78040 until 5:00 P.M. on March 3, 2025 and all proposals received will be opened and publicly acknowledged at 10:00 A.M. on March 4, 2025.
