Project Description: The Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport Board (Airport Board) intends to procure quotes for a pilot program from technology providers specializing in holographic display solutions enhanced with AI-driven multilingual and accessibility capabilities as described within the attached Specifications. The contract term is for four (4) months. QUOTES must be submitted through dfwairport.bonfirehub.com and WILL NOT be accepted via email or mail. Quotes will be accepted until 2:00pm (Central Time) on March 11, 2026. Responses must be received by the above stated date and time. This solicitation is being conducted in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Title 8, Subtitle A, Chapter 252.
