Repair of Three (3) Dwelling Units

Questions and Concerns received from Elohim Construction on February 24, 2026.

1. Site Location #1: Lucio Road, Agana Springs, Sinajana

Bathroom #1: Clarification, the two opening above the wall of the bathroom is 25”x32”. The exterior one

will be covered with reinforced CMU. The one near the door is cement board cover.

Response: See Amendment #3.

2. Site Location #1: Lucio Road, Agana Springs, Sinajana

Bedroom #3: The outlet for the washer (which is located outside or backwall of this bedroom) will be

closed and used as dedicated disconnect box for the AC unit of this bedroom.

Response: An outlet in bedroom #3 has been identified as the dedicated power source for the AC unit.

See Attachment I.

3. Site Location #1: Lucio Road, Agana Springs, Sinajana

Bedroom #4: Clarification, ceiling will be painted white. The outlet (under the AC unit) will be closed and

to be used as dedicated disconnect box for the AC unit.

Response: Yes, the ceiling will be painted white as indicated in the bid specifications. Yes, the outlet

under the indoor A/C unit has been identified as the dedicated power source.

Please Note: Follow-up/Clarification to the Questions and Concerns responses dated 2/26/2026 must be

submitted to the General Services Agency via email to bids@gsadoa.guam.gov no later than 5:00 PM, Friday,

February 27, 2026.
