Project Description: Kentucky Housing Corporation (KHC) needs Accounting Software, and assistance with the software transition and implementation. KHC may enter Competitive Negotiations with any Bidder that is deemed a Responsible and Responsive Bidder to this RFP.
KHC is the state housing finance agency and a political subdivision of the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Created by the General Assembly in 1972, KHC’s mission is to invest in quality housing solutions for families and communities across Kentucky.
KHC seeks proposals from qualified accounting software vendors for new accounting software and technical assistance for the preparation and implementation of transitioning to the new software system. As Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) approaches end of life, KHC requires both a new solution and professional assistance to clean, prepare, and migrate the current financial system. KHC anticipates all services to be completed by 12/31/2027.
Vendors may respond to software, technical assistance, or both. Preference will be given to vendors who can deliver an end-to-end transition.
