Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS AND/OR PROPOSERS PROJECTS, SERVICES & SUPPLIES SEALED BIDS will be received by the City of Durant, in the office of the City Clerk, Durant City Hall, Room 100, at 300 West Evergreen, Durant, Oklahoma 74701 until Friday, August 7th, 2026, at 11:00 am, at which time and place the sealed bid proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Any bids received after the above stated time will be returned unopened. All interested persons may attend. The City reserves the right to accept, reject, cancel or modify any bid or proposal, waive all formalities, and to award the bid most advantageous to the City. SEALED BIDS must be labeled as follows: SOUTH DEVELOPMENT HANGAR PROJECT DURANT PROJECT BID NO. 2026/27-01 FAA Grant #3-40-0025-022-2026 ODAA Grant # DUA-27-FS DURANT REGIONAL AIRPORT – EAKER FIELD DURANT, OK THE PROPOSED WORK includes: ? Installation of an Access Road and Utility Infrastructure (Base Bid) ? Installation of an 80' x 75' Hangar and Associated Infrastructure (Base Bid) ? Installation of an Additional 80' x 75' Hangar and Associated Infrastructure (Additive Alternate) System for Award Management (SAM) registration and a Unique Entity Identifier number is required for Prime contractors in order to be awarded contracts funded by the Federal Aviation Administration. Prior to bidding, vendors must obtain a 12-character alpha-numeric UEI number and complete SAM.gov registration through https://sam.gov/content/entity-registration . Proof of registration and UEI number must be provided in the bid submission. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be viewed at the office of the Airport Manager, Durant Regional Airport, 10 Waldron Road, Durant, OK 74701, and may be viewed and downloaded free of charge with the option to purchase hard copies at www.civcastusa.com . Please submit questions for this project at least 7 days prior to bid opening through www.civcastusa.com in the Q&A portal or to the Engineer. All addenda issued for this project will only be posted on www.civcastusa.com . An optional pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, July 21 st , 2026 at 10:30 am.
