Orders will be placed on an as-needed basis throughout the contract term. The contract period will run from April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2027, as a base term, with automatic renewal for two (2) additional one (1) year periods. Prices shall remain firm for the entirety of the contract.Each prospective bidder must upload and submit their bid with all required documents through the City's IonWave procurement system by the designated date and time of Thursday, February 26, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET).All questions must be submitted through IonWave by Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 2:00 PM (ET).Product specifications are included in the Line Item portion of this bid. Please note that quantities listed are estimates based on prior year's usage.The bid, if awarded, will be awarded to the responsible bidder whose bid will be most advantageous to the City of Warner Robins, price, availability and other factors considered.
