All visitors are requiredto check in at the front office of the school upon arrival.QUESTION 2: Do you have to bid on all jobs or just the ones we want to do?District’s Response 2: Vendors awarded this contract are not required to provide quotes for every project.QUESTION 3: How many schools/buildings are there?District’s Response 3: The District currently operates a total of 13 elementary schools, 2 intermediate schools, 3 middleschools, 4 high schools, 1 Center for Advanced Technical Studies and 1 alternative school. Additional basic information aboutthe District is posted on the District’s website: www.lexrich5.org.QUESTION 4: Task Orders & Pricing Application - Will the District issue individual task orders using the awarded pricingschedule, or will vendors be expected to submit a project-specific quote for each site following a site visit?District’s Response 4: This is a fixed-price, multiple award contract. The District will not issue automatic task orders solelybased on the base bid schedule. The District will identify project needs on an as-needed basis. Awarded contractors will beinvited to submit a project-specific quote for the identified site/project. It is the responsibility of thecontractor to take field measurements and verify the square footage for each project when submitting a quote for the identifiedsite/projectQUESTION 7: Window Cleaning Access - Are there known facilities that require lift access for window cleaning, or should biddersassume ladder access unless otherwise specified in a task order?District’s Response 7: There are facilities in the District that range in height from one story to three stories. Bidders areencouraged to conduct sites prior to submitting their bid.QUESTION 8: Contract Awards & Usage Expectations - Does the District anticipate awarding this contract to multiple vendors,and is there any historical usage or estimated annual volume available for similar servicesDistrict’s Response 8: Award will be made to all responsive and responsible Offerors. Award may be made to more than oneOfferor. This is a new contract. There is no historical usage data available for these services.
