Bid Title:	Concession Alcohol Beverage Services

Description: The City of Blue Springs, Missouri (hereafter referred to as “the City”) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide alcohol beverages at Blue Surf Bay Waterpark – Lookout Bar. The selected vendor will furnish, serve, deliver, and/or install for the City, Concession Alcohol Beverage Services. Operation of Blue Surf Lookout - The City will operate the concession stand located at the Blue Surf Bay Waterpark and the successful vendor will operate the Blue Surf Lookout Bar and will be open on a daily basis in conjunction with scheduled activities. The Blue Surf Bay Waterpark concession stand operates from Memorial Day Weekend (Saturday prior to Memorial Day) through Labor Day.  Hours of operation will vary but will typically be from 12:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. and will also have various after hour rentals that will require services and scheduled with successful bidder.
