Project Description: AUDITING SERVICES. The City of Scanlon is requesting proposals from qualified firms of certified public accountants to audit its financial statements for the fiscal years ending December 31, 2025, December 31, 2026, and December 31, 2027. These audits are to be performed in accordance with the generally accepted auditing standards and the standards for financial audits set forth in the Government Auditing Standards as issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and Minnesota Legal Compliance Audit Guide for Local Government audit requirements.
