Description: The intent of this prequalification process is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to identify the most qualified Contractors with successful experience in Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Replacement Services (referred to as “Work”). This Prequalification is for General Contractors only. This includes the complete preventive maintenance of elevators (traction, hydraulic) and lifts (wheelchair, commercial, dumbwaiters), repairs when needed, and replacement of elevators that cannot be repaired or have reached end of life. Prequalification Applications will NOT be accepted from subcontractors.
