Procurement Office, 3rd Floor, P.O. Box 9000 or 1437 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, S. C. 29115 by or

before January 21, 2026, at or before 2:00 P.M. No late bids/quotes will be accepted. No fax

Scope:

The County of Orangeburg is soliciting competitive quotes to establish a one (1) year contract for

providing pipe for use on C-Fund Road Construction projects. This solicitation is for a price per size

of HDP Plastic Pipe rock delivered to the County that will be specified location. The contract will be

used as the primary source for the product specified and individual purchase orders shall be made

under this blanket agreement. Actual quantities will depend upon road paving requirements that

develop during construction of these C-Fund Roads. The quantity specified below will not be ordered

at one time but will be ordered and delivered as needed during construction.

Specifications of sizes are:

15in/24ft long

18in/24ft long

24in/24ft long

36in/24ft long

Material and Delivery:

1. All materials furnished under this solicitation must meet SC Department of Transportation specifications

for Pipe. This solicitation covers only approved products delivered at the loading point of the County facility.

2. The County of Orangeburg is obligated only to the extent of authorized calls placed by authorized

personnel against this contract. The County will furnish a list of individuals, by name and title, that will be

authorized to place orders under this contract.

3. All purchases made under this contract shall be accompanied by a delivery ticket which contains the

following information:

a) Vendor’s name and address

b) Purchase order number

c) Date of pick-up

d) Ticket number

e) Quantity and type of mix

4. Coordination with the successful bidder to schedule delivery will be made by County personnel at least

two (2) days prior to work.
