The project consists of the removal and replacement of designated existing roof areas with associated work as shown on the drawings and the specifications including but not limited to roof deck repair, restorative roof coating, masonry restoration, and replacement of roof drains. D CAMM Certification is required to bid on this project; General bid certification category is: Roofing Filed Sub-Bids shall be included for the following 2 trades: Masonry and Plumbing Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct Portal. Bids submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive.
