Description: PROJECT NUMBER 26013 City of Lake Stevens Davies Beach Decking Replacement Notice is hereby given that bids will be received using the MRSC Small Works Roster until 12:00 P.M., local time, on July 30, 2026. Bids received after the due date and time may not be considered. Project Location 20 South Davies Rd, Lake Stevens, WA 98258. The project consists of the decking replacement, select timber member replacement, adding timber joists, and other minor construction to accomplish the replacement. Elements of the project include mobilization, demolition and disposal of existing decking, installation of select timber members, and installation of a combination of grating and timber decking. The engineer’s estimate for this project is $200,000.
