Description:	Description of work to be completed: 1.        Upgrade electrical and controls including a.        Replace existing motor control center (MCC) b.        Replace SCADA panel with upgraded panel and Human-Machine Interface (HMI) c.        Replace pump level sensor with submersible pressure transducer as well as backup float system d.        Remove existing interior generator and replace with exterior generator. e.        Replace dry well ventilation system with makeup air unit and exhaust fan. f.        Ancillary building modifications.
