Tanana Chiefs Conference (TCC) is soliciting quotes for Electrical Installation.

Solid Dielectric, Triple Option Reclosers at Fort Yukon, Alaska 99740.

Questions regarding this solicitation, including requesting the RFQ documents, shall be emailed to Grace Packer at grace.packer@tananachiefs.org

All questions must be submitted prior to close of business August 20 ^th , 2025. The final Addendum responding to questions shall be released no later than August 27 ^th , 2025.

Quotes are required to be submitted no later than 5:00 PM, September 5 ^th , 2025.

SCHEDULE REVISION 1 – 09.03.2025

The anticipated project schedule is as follows;

Addendum 1 Issued	August 27, 2025
Addendum 2 Issued	September 3, 2025
Deadline for Quote	September 12, 2025, at 5:00pm
Issue Notice of Intent to Award (NOITA)	September 19, 2025
Estimated Construction Contract /Notice to Proceed	October 10, 2025
Construction Completion	August 31, 2026

All dates are approximate and contingent upon the completion of previous activities. Contractor shall submit a work schedule for approval, prior to the start of the work.
