Description: The Department of Public Health, as the overseer of public health in the Town of Ipswich, invites qualified firms to submit written Quotes for opioid abatement education services for fifteen (15) months. Responsive Quotes shall provide for a fixed annual fee for completion of a plan to develop a variety of marketing materials, develop engaging and visually appealing public-facing materials, and identify key performance indicators to measure the campaign’s success, while tracking performance during the campaign’s duration. The Department reserves the right to cancel or reject in whole or in part any or all Quotes that are not deemed to be in the best interests of the Department. The selected vendor must have demonstrated familiarity with and agree to comply with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 111 and all applicable regulations, policies, and guidelines promulgated by the Department.
