Notes	PURPOSE Central Arkansas Water (CAW) has issued this Invitation to Bid (ITB) to obtain pricing and a contract for Natural Surface Trail Construction at Maumelle Pinnacle Conservation Area near Roland, Arkansas. CAW hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Acts of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. Build America, Buy America provisions apply to this project. 1. Contractor’s License. The successful Bidder will need to be licensed at the time the Contract is executed. 2. Qualifications. Bidders must provide a list of references for similar projects completed within the last five (5) years. 3. Membership. Bidders are required to be a current member of the Professional trail Builders Association. (https://www.trailbuilders.org/).
