Notes	Project Description: The Public Improvement, upon which bids are requested, generally consists of pavement reconstruction, utility replacement, and traffic signal replacement. This includes approximately 5,400 SY of 9" PCC pavement, 1,300 LF of 8" water main, misc. storm sewer, and other associated improvements located at 3rd Street SW from Diagonal Drive to 3rd Avenue and Intersection of Diagonal Drive SW and L Street SW. The Engineer’s opinion of probable cost is $2,830,000. Early Start Date: Overall:  Upon Receipt of Notice to Proceed Phase 2: Upon Completion of Phase 1 Underground Utilities and Pavement Construction Phase 3: Upon Reopening of Phase 2 to Traffic Late Start Date: Overall:  03/31/2025 Phase 2: 08/25/2025 Phase 3: 09/15/2025 Milestones: Milestone 1 (03/31/2025) - Complete 36" Water Main Potholing to Determine Location at the Intersection of Diagonal Drive and 3rd Street.
