Thomson Reuter is the sole source provider of CLEAR and it is invaluable to the prosecution of nurse licensure disciplinary cases, providing arrest records and contact information not available through other databases.  These records are only available to law enforcement and government agencies and are not compiled in any other database to the manner to which they are in CLEAR.
