NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The Maine Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency

Management (DVEM) wishes to procure architectural/engineering

design services to include New Construction for the Transient Training

Barracks at Bangor, Maine. Qualifications packages are due at 1:00

p.m. on February 19, 2026, as stated in the RFQ.

Project consists of the investigative and design services required to

construct a new 5,000 Square Foot transient barracks on the Maine Air

National Guard Base in Bangor, Maine. Project scope requires the

following disciplines: Civil, Structural, Electrical, Architectural, MEP

and Fire Protection/Life Safety. Installation of a Building Automation

Control System (BACS) is included in this project.
