Notes	The City of Davenport Public Works Center is requesting bids from qualified vendors to provide mowing maintenance services of City rights-of-way, medians, and City owned property as specified. The contract will be a one-year agreement with an annual option to extend up to two (2) times. This contract contains only ROW-E and ROW-W categories and all listed properties in this category must be bid. Pricing is to be submitted for fixed rates to remain in effect for the contract period. Bid shall be inclusive of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, utilities, transportation services, debris disposal, yard waste dumping fees, and all incidentals necessary to complete all work covered by the contract. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, March 10, 2025 at 9:30AM at Davenport Public Works Center, located at 1200 E 46th Street. The project manager will review the specifications, address any questions or concerns, and discuss the City’s expectations. A demonstration of the mapping system and map link will be provided for vendor use to view specifics of each Unique ID for pricing purposes. All contractors intending to bid on this project must have a representative in attendance. Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted. Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly.
