Description: The City of Lago Vista is requesting sealed proposals and unit-price proposals from qualified companies/individuals to provide tree clearing, mulching, brush removal, and right-of-way (ROW) maintenance services on an as-needed basis throughout the City. Services may be required for public streets, drainage easements, utility easements, parkland, undeveloped City-owned parcels, and other locations as identified by the City. The City intends to award one or more contracts to firms determined to be the most qualified and responsive based on experience, pricing, and ability to meet the City’s needs.
