Project Description: The City of Norwalk is requesting proposals for the Installation and removal of Holiday Trees at Wall Street and Washington Street locations. Firms can provide pricing for Live Trees or Artificial Trees. The Agreement will be for One Year with Two (2) One (1) Year options. The requirements of this project are outlined in greater detail under Section 2 Scope of Work/Project Specifications.
