Owensboro Municipal Utilities will receive sealed RFQ’s until 2:00 P.M. (CST) on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 (prevailing time) at which time bids will be opened and read aloud for the:

RFQ #24-11-024 PAYMENT MERCHANT SERVICES

Owensboro Municipal Utilities (OMU) requests proposals for the purpose of entering into an agreement with a full-service vendor, experienced and qualified in the development, installation and operation of a credit card, debit card and electronic check processing service as well as a provider of automated customer communication channels including Interactive Voice Response Systems, as well as other services as requested and detailed within this RFP.
