Description: The City of Fort Morgan is accepting sealed bids for Demolition of Streets & Sanitation Buildings Project until 3:00 p.m. (our clock) on April 10, 2026 at City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan, CO 80701. Please review the complete Invitation to Bid in the Related Documents section below. Project Summary: This project generally consists of demolishing four (4) buildings and on (1) accessory structure, removal of footers, removal of concrete and general cleanup of the overall site.  All materials need to be removed and properly landfilled from each area.  Asbestos abatement is required for three (3) of the five (5) structures. City Hall located at 110 Main Street, Fort Morgan Pre-Bid Meeting:  A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, March 19, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the demolition site located at 131 State Street,Fort Morgan, CO.  All prospective bidders must attend this pre-bid meeting in order for the City to accept their bid.
