Bids are due and will be opened at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, 9 Dale Ave., Gloucester, MA 01930 no later than June 12, 2025 at 11:00 AM.  There will be a voluntary pre bid inspection on June 4, 2025 from 9am to 1pm at DPW, 28 Poplar Street, Gloucester, MA 01930. The City reserves the right to waive any minor informalities and to reject any and all bids or to accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the City of Gloucester.  The City shall not be responsible for the bids arriving late for any reason.
