Asauthorized under the North Carolina General Statues (N.C.G.S) § 160A-610, GoTriangle is seekingto establish a contract for the provision of Vehicle Washing and Detailing Service. Whether ornot GoTriangle actually enters into any contract and how the work is awarded will be decided atGoTriangle’s discretion. Furthermore, GoTriangle will use any awarded contract on an as-neededbasis, with no guarantee as to the actual spending under any awarded contract.SCOPE OF SERVICES1. Mandatory Technical RequirementsThe Contractor shall provide:1.1. Exterior Cleaning1.1.1. Exterior wash of all vehicles, including body surfaces1.1.2. Cleaning of rims and wheels1.1.3. Tire cleaning with application of tire shine1.2. Interior Cleaning1.2.1. General interior cleaning, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal1.2.2. Blow-out of interiors to remove dust and particles from hard-to-reach areas1.2.3. Thorogh wipe-down of all seating surfaces1.2.4. Cleaning and detailing of driver compartments1.2.5. Interior window cleaning1.3. Sanitization:1.3.1. Disinfection and sanitation of all high-touch surfaces, including but not limited tohandrails, seatbacks, doorhandles, and driver controls and council.1.4. Glass Cleaning:Page 4 of 47RFP No. 1012-26-098, Vehicle Washing and Detailing Service1.4.1. Cleaning of all interior and exterior windows to ensure visibility and presentation2. Operational & Support RequirementsThe Contractor shall:2.1. Provide all labor, equipment, cleaning materials, and water necessary to performservices.2.2. Provide all cleaning products must be safe for vehicle surfaces and compliant withapplicable environmental and safety regulations.2.3. Ensure minimal disruption to facility operations and adhere strictly to scheduled servicetimes.2.4. Train personnel in accordance with industry best practices2.5. Maintain consistent quality across all service dates and vehicle types.3. Security & ComplianceThe Contractor shall:3.1. Establish, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Safety and Security Programapplicable to all employees, subcontractors, agents, and operations performed underthis Contract. The Contractor shall comply with all applicable federal, state, local, andagency safety, health, environmental, and security regulations and requirements,including but not limited to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)standards and applicable environmental protection regulations.3.2. At a minimum, the Contractor’s Safety and Security Program shall include:3.2.1. Hazard communication procedures3.2.2. Proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)3.2.3. Safe chemical handling, storage, and disposal practices3.2.4. Spill prevention, containment, and response procedures3.2.5. Slip, trip, and fall prevention measures3.2.6. Lockout/tagout procedures where applicable3.2.7. Vehicle and equipment protection protocols3.2.8. Emergency response and incident reporting proceduresPage 5 of 47
