Description: Sealed bids, subject to the plans, specifications and conditions contained herein and attached hereto, will be received on the City of Colonial Heights VA Finance/Purchasing Department, City Hall - 201 James Avenue 2nd Floor, Colonial Heights VA until,  but no later than 2:00 PM EDT, April 1, 2025 for the Paving On Call Contract in the City. Period of contract shall run from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2026.  The City reserves the right to extend this contract, for four one-year terms, to be mutually negotiated at a reasonable time prior to the expiration date.  Each extension must be mutually agreeable to both buyer and seller.  Added material component pricing, or adjustments in asphalt mix prices, will be considered as part each renewal.
