Summary

The City of Pembroke Pines is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified firms, hereinafter referred to as the Consultant, to develop, calibrate, and implement a hydraulic model for the City's wastewater transmission system, and use the model to assess and optimize system capacity , in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this solicitation.
