The contractor shall upload a copy of his bidder’s bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid as required by Section 48-01.2, North Dakota Century Code, as amended, and executed as provided by law, through QuestCDN. The bid bond shall be conditioned that if the principal’s bid is accepted and a contract is awarded, the principal shall execute the contract within ten days of receipt of the notice of award. Miscellaneous: Work shall consist of approximately 2,200 cubic yards of unclassified excavation; 1,400 tons of riprap; 2,600 SY of seeding, mulching, and erosion control blanket; and related items.
