NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Salisbury Township and South Whitehall Township are soliciting bids for the following:

FURNISH AND DELIVER A USED JOHN DEERE CRAWLER DOZER OR APPROVED EQUAL

Salisbury Township Lehigh County and South Whitehall Lehigh County are accepting bids for a used 2021 or newer John Deere 650K XLT Dozer or approved equal.

Sealed bids will be received at the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building, 4444 Walbert Ave, Allentown, PA 18104, until 10:00 a.m., local time, on Monday, March 10, 2025, at which time they will be opened publicly. Bids received after 10:00 a.m. will not be considered.

Bid documents and specifications may be obtained beginning immediately at the South Whitehall Township Municipal Building, or by sending an email to request a bid packet to: purchasing@southwhitehall.com .

Salisbury Township and South Whitehall Township reserve the right to determine, in their sole discretion, whether any aspect of a bid satisfactorily meets the criteria established in this Invitation to Bid, to accept either in whole or in part, any one bid or combination of bids, to waive or permit the curing of any immaterial defects informalities or irregularities in a bid as permitted by law, to reject any or all bids with or without cause, and to take any action which the Salisbury and South Whitehall Townships deems appropriate. Salisbury and South Whitehall Townships intend to select the bid which, in the sole opinion of the Townships is most favorable and in the best interests of the citizens of Salisbury and South Whitehall Township.
