Notes	The City of Ames is accepting bids from qualified vendors for liquid carbon dioxide for the Water & Pollution Control Department. This request will be used to establish contract pricing for the period July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for an additional one year extension through June 30, 2028. All responses must be submitted before the deadline. No late responses will be reviewed. No bidder may withdraw their bid for at least sixty (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receiving bids. The City of Ames reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to make such awards as it shall deem to be in the best interest of the City.
