Roof systems to be replaced include SBS Modified Bitumen membrane system, slate shingles replaced with asphalt shingles with a slate shingle appearance, and standing seam copper roofing replaced with concealed clip, pre-finished standing seam metal roofing. Cut limestone capstones will be cleaned throughout the entire facility. Small amount of aluminum storefront system will be replaced at roof gables.
