Description: REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE LA GRANADA PIPELINE REPLACEMENT & PRS ELIMINATION PROJECT (J-2501) INTRODUCTION Purpose The Santa Fe Irrigation District (District) is seeking proposals from qualified Firms capable of performing construction management and inspection services for the La Granada Pipeline Replacement & PRS Elimination Project (J-2501). This Request for Proposal (RFP) describes the required Scope of Services (Attachment A), the minimum information that must be included in the proposal, and the Consultant evaluation and selection process.  Failure to submit information in accordance with this RFP’s requirements and procedures may be cause for disqualification.  For purposes of the RFP the terms Consultant, Firm, and Proposer are interchangeable. It is anticipated that a Consulting Services Agreement contract will be issued, following District Board of Director approval, as a result of this solicitation process. E-Notification Information Notifications regarding amendments or other information regarding this RFP will be automatically distributed via email ONLY to firms who sign up through https://www.sfidwater.org/list.aspx?Mode=Subscribe for Capital Improvement Projects for the CM RFP, at no cost. A link to the RFP can be found on the SFID website at www.sfidwater.org and selecting “Bids/Projects” at the top of the page. Select “Listing of Capital Improvements Projects” and the Construction Management RFP. Due Date and Electronic Delivery Electronic proposals shall be marked “Request for Proposal for the La Granada Pipeline Replacement & PRS Elimination Project, J-2501” and must be received via email on or before: Time:            2:00 p.m. Date:            April 9, 2026 Proposals received after this time may not be accepted.  Faxed proposals will not be accepted. Questions Concerning Proposals Requests for interpretation, clarification and/or explanation regarding any aspect of this RFP must be received in writing by District no later than 2:00 P.M., Pacific Standard Time (PST), Tuesday, March 31, 2026. Pre-Proposal Meeting A non-mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place at the District office located at 5920 Linea Del Cielo, Rancho Santa Fe, CA 92067, at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 26, 2026. Interested consultants are also encouraged to contact SFID to discuss questions or schedule a personal meeting.
