The County of DeKalb, GA (the "County"), is soliciting sealed Bids for Right-of-Way Mowing & Maintenance Services (Annual Contract w/ 2 Options to Renew) . Bids are to be submitted via the County's eProcurement Portal via https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/dekalbcountyga PRIOR TO 3:00 pm on Thursday, November 6, 2025 . Late Bids will not be accepted.

DeKalb County is Georgia's fourth-largest county with more than seven hundred fifty thousand (750,000) residents calling it home. DeKalb County Public Works - Sanitation Division is currently seeking qualified individuals and firms with experience in mowing and maintenance service of rights-of-way. Project work includes litter pickup and trash removal, mowing requirements, edging (only upon request), trimming/blowing, herbicide/growth regulator and traffic control.
