Public Notice to Bidders

Sealed Bids will be received by the Purchasing Department of the Village of Rockville Centre, One College Place, Rockville Centre, New York for the matter stated below until 11:00 am prevailing time on JANUARY 30, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud.  The contract will be awarded as soon thereafter as practicable for:

The contract documents, specifications and plans can be examined on the Village’s website at www.rvcny.gov .  Follow the link to the Purchasing Department. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of Rockville Centre in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid.
