Description: The City of Post Falls (“City”) is requesting proposals from qualified individuals, businesses, or organizations (“Proposers”) interested in leasing a historic building located on the City Hall campus. The building is approximately 100 years old and represents an important part of the City’s civic heritage. The City seeks proposals that will activate the building in a manner that is compatible with its historic character, surrounding uses, and the public nature of the City Hall campus. The City is open to a range of creative, financially sustainable uses that provide community value while preserving the integrity of the structure. The property is currently being used by the Post Falls Historical Society as a Historical Museum. Responses may include proposals that are compatible with the current use or offer alternatives that provide an increased community benefit.
