Immediately following expiration of the time for receiving bids, representatives of the City of Woodbury will publicly view Bids at an online Bid opening meeting. Description: In general, work consists of the following:

Building renovations and improvements including but not limited to

• Construct new external door and stoop

• Weatherproof existing windows

• Construct new concrete patio with accessible pathway to the adjacent parking lot

• Furnish and install new accessible picnic tables at concrete patio

• Install new interior flooring

• Remodel the men’s and women’s restrooms with an emphasis on ADA accessibility

• Upgrade door frames and hardware to meet current accessibility codes

• Repaint the building’s exterior

• Improve HVAC and plumbing systems to meet modern code standards

• Upgrade electrical systems, including floodlights and water heater

• Perform landscape improvements, as needed, to support the concrete patio enhancements

Additional Description: The City of Woodbury has adopted a standard document entitled “Standard Project Manual for Utility and Street Construction”, dated January 1, 2024, which includes the Procurement and Contracting Requirements and Specifications which are herby incorporated into the Bidding Documents.
