Notes	The City desires to award an emergency contract for a contractor to furnish and deliver low-carbon corrosion-resistant chromium steel rebar to the City’s Public Works Yard, 3130 Cooper Street, Punta Gorda, FL for the construction of seawall slabs, as required. These slabs will be used for replacement of seawalls damaged in Hurricane Ian and future potential FEMA eligible events. At the City's sole discretion , this solicitation may also be used to purchase rebar for normal operations i.e. non-storm generated seawall production. This contract and issued services/commodities will be in full accordance with Federal Uniform Guidance, 2 CFR 200.
