Description

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Crownpoint Healthcare Facility in Crownpoint, New Mexico, intends to negotiate a non-competitive firm-fixed-price award to, TSI Incorporated, to provide a quantitative respirator fit testing system for Crownpoint Healthcare Facility.

The award will be a single source procurement awarded to TSI Incorporated in accordance with RFO-FAR 6.103-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Contracting Officers may solicit from only one source if the circumstances of the contract action deem that only one source is reasonably available based on licensing agreements and warranty coverage on specialized medical equipment.

This notice is not a solicitation or a request for offers. Any potential sources other than TSI Incorporated may submit a capability statement via email to Marshall L. Arviso, Contract Specialist, at marshall.arviso@ihs.gov by 12:00 PM MDT on Friday September 11, 2026.

Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.

A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A solicitation will not be issued.
