REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS NO. FY26-1204

BIDS:

Sealed proposals for the Installation of Drops in the Broadband Reconnect Project will be

received by the Procurement Director via BidNetDirect.com, or via regular mail by U.S. Postal

Service, or via special courier service at the Orangeburg County Procurement Office, 3rd Floor,

1437 Amelia Street, Orangeburg, South Carolina 29115, until but no later than 2:00pm on

December 4, 2025. Proposals received after the announced time and date for submittal,

whether by mail or otherwise, will be rejected. Bidders are responsible for ensuring the

Proposal is received before the deadline indicated. Proposals submitted by email or facsimile

shall not be accepted.

THE WORK:

The Work consists of the following:

Orangeburg County Broadband is requesting proposals for installation and splicing of fiber

drops in the Reconnect areas.

All material used must be compliant with the “Build America, By America Act”
