LEGAL NOTICE

CITY OF PARK RIDGE

SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE

The City of Park Ridge intends to enter into a sole source agreement with Flock Safety, Atlanta, Georgia

for the provision of a proprietary Automatic License Plate Reader (ALPR) camera system, including all

necessary equipment, software, and technical services. This procurement is made in accordance with

City of Park Ridge Municipal Code Article 2-9-9(6)(b) and (c). Flock Safety is the sole provider of its

proprietary monitoring platform, data processing capabilities, and Vision Series technology, all of which

integrate with Flock Safety’s ALPR network. Additionally, Flock Safety is the only vendor capable of

meeting the City’s business needs by ensuring continuity of service without disruption. Any responsible

supplier that believes it can provide equivalent equipment and services may submit a capabilities

statement to procurement@parkridge.us no later than May 14, 2026 at 10am to be considered by the

City.
