Description: The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) by the Town of Granby CT (“Town”) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified independent contractors for the removal and replacement of existing wall covering (wallpaper) in a municipal building. The Town seeks a professional contractor capable of completing the project in a timely manner, with minimal disruption to building operations, and in accordance with all applicable codes and safety standards. Any questions and addenda will be posted on the Town website no later than 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 2, 2026.
